Job Description: New Business Development and Marketing

The successful candidate will be assigned to Corporate Planning Department to take part in new business development and marketing. This position will first involve supporting the Internet marketing activities for the various business segments of the company. You will be expected to perform basic marketing support tasks and offer creative ideas on how to market the company’s services.

In addition, the company has launched an informational service aimed at the student population. You will be a member of the project team, and carry out various tasks related to the operation and support of this service. The position will facilitate your participation in project planning, client presentation, promotional activities, sales and marketing. An individual who displays exceptional performance has the opportunity to take leadership role in other existing and new projects to further entice you to assume managing role in future projects.

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Native or equivalent fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Japanese language (adequate level for daily conversation)
  • University education (various majors accepted)
  • Have interest in project management
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be interested in Internet media and SNS

Candidates with the following skills a plus:

  • Excellent IT literacy with affinity for smart phones and latest gadgets, SNS, blogs, as well as experience in creating Web pages and programming.

*Internship will be considered on a case by case basis.
